Named after the Brenchley family who once owned the Lower Brewery. Originally known as the "Oak and Ivy"

I have been informed that this is now (2014) an ironmonger's shop called Hinges and Brackets.

Unfortunately this too seems to have closed in October of 2022 and the premises is currently vacant.
