Failed to stop.

Mrs. Mary Eileen McLoughlan, of the "Brown Jug," Tonbridge Road, Hadlow, was fined a total of 2 and ordered to pay 1 3s. costs for failing to stop after an accident and for failing to report the accident in Tonbridge High Street on August 4th.
