To Brewers and others.

Valuable freehold public house, with free trade at Mile Town, Sheerness, to be sold by auction, by John Jordan. On Wednesday, 10th April, 1816, at 12 o'clock, on the premises (by order of the assignees of James Forman, a bankrupt, unless in the meantime disposed of by private contract, of which notice will be given).

All that freehold public house, known by the name of the "Carpenter's Arms," with yard, as marked out, and appurtenances to the same, situated in the centre of Belle and Lion Street, in the most populous part of Mile Town, Sheerness, and now in the occupation of Richard Palmer.

Immediate possession may be had, on completing the purchase.

The land tax of this estate is redeemed.

The fixtures to be taken by appraisement.

Further particulars to treat for the same, apply (if by letter, post paid) to Mr. Joseph Ashby, wine merchant, Chatham; Mr. John Lock, Brompton, Chatham; Mr. Horn, timber merchant, Faversham; or to the Auctioneer, High Street, Milton next Sittingbourne.

An action of ejectment to recover possession of "The Carpenters' Arms," at Mile Town, Sheerness.

Verdict for the plaintiff.

Boucher:— August 27, at the "Carpenters’ Arms, Mile Town, Sheerness, Mary Ann, eldest daughter of Mr. Boucher, in her 23rd year.
