21 Water Lane (Padsole lane in 1900) Maidstone
Ind Coope & Co Ltd purchased a Messuage that was previously the "Maid of the Mill" from Budden & Biggs Brewery Ltd by conveyance and assignment dated 23 March 1931. The pub was not licensed at the time, and had closed in 1903. The pub was named after Lenworth Mill (formerly Padsole Mill,) down the Padsole Lane, and this was demolished in 1903.
I will be adding the historical information when I find or are sent it, but this project is a very big one, and I do not know when or where the information will come from. All emails are answered.
