Mr. Hilder applied for Mr. W. T. Baylis, of the "Rose and Crown," West-hill, Dartford. Mr. Russell opposed on behalf of Mr. B. Sayers, of the "Odd Fellows’ Arms" directly opposite, who through Mr. Russell sought for a license to his own house.

All the above applications were refused.
