This pub is one in the list of my "Project 2014."

I have not found a picture of the pub yet, and to date have no other information. Local knowledge, further pictures, and licensee information would be appreciated.

I will be adding the historical information when I find or are sent it, but this project is a very big one, and I do not know when or where the information will come from.

According to John Owen the Shepherd Neame Ltd Archivist Historian, 20 High Street Rochester was at one time a Mason's tied house, but the brewery was bought out by Shepherd Neame in 1956 and the brewery was subsequently closed and demolished. So I am not sure what this was operating as in 1956. It may well have been an off license, or perhaps just owned by Mason's and Shepherd Neame.
