107 Camden Road Royal Tunbridge Wells
Information from local historian Ed Gilbert says that this was never a public house but operated as a beer-retailer. In 1882 it is occupied by George Jenner's fancy repository. In 1903 it is Edward Sanders. There is an army service record of a Charles Henry Rofe living at 107 Camden Rd in 1911 "Mr Rofe" is there. From 1913 to 1934 it is Charles Henry Rofe, beer retailer. In 1964 this address is the premises of the Camden Road Wine Shop.
This pub is one in the list of my "Project 2014." As such I haven't found a picture of the pub yet, and to date have little other information. Local knowledge, further pictures, and licensee information would be appreciated. I will be adding the historical information when I find or are sent it, but this project is a very big one, and I do not know when or where the information will come from. All emails are answered.
