I have just added this pub to that list but your help is definitely needed regarding it's history.

Belvedere now being Greater London from 1965 but was part of Kent prior to that, I will be focussing my research on Kent itself, but as the information is found or sent to me, including photographs, it will be shown here.

In the 1930s it was part of the Beasley's Brewery tied houses and had a bowling green in their garden. An advert of that time stated that the pub adjoined the railway station.

Abbey Wood, Plumstead, Kent.

Messrs. Hudson and Son will sell by auction, at the Auction Mart, Tokenhouse Yard, London, on Thursday, 30th September, 1869, at 4 for 5 o'clock the "Abbey Arms," public house and Tavern, with about 2 acres of land, adjoining the Abbey Wood Station of the North Kent Railway, together with 8 cottages and garden ground near, near, held together under one lease direct from the freeholder for 50 years, from Christmas last at a ground rent of £20.

The "Abbey Arms" is let on lease for a term, of which 11 years were unexpired at Lady-day last at a rental of £60 per annum.

The Eight Cottages, together with eight plots of garden grounds, are let to weekly tenants at rentals amounting to £75 5s. per annum.
