The 1891 census gives the address as 85 Gellatly Road this was before the current Kitto Road was built, which was constructed between 1881 and 1891.

The 1891 Census it is shown as being in the Civil Parish of St. Paul, Deptford, in the Urban Sanitary District of Greenwich and the Parliamentary Borough or Division of Deptford. It is also in the Ecclesiastical Parish of All Saints and St. Catherine.

The first publican so far found was Selina Price a widow aged 39 born in Barnstable Devon. Her daughter Eleanor B Price was aged 16 and born in Brighton, her niece Alice M M Gording aged 21 was a Drapers Assistant, born in Barnstable Devon, the Census also showd Emily S Pitt a Servant Lady-Help aged 36 born in London. Eland E Porch a servant Barmaid aged 23 born in Walworth Surrey, and James Ridgewell aged 20, a Servant Potman born in Radwinter Essex. They were all living at the Pub.

In the 1901 Census the address of the Duke of Albany Tavern was change to 1 Kitto Road (which is its current address). It is shown as in the Civil Parish of St Paul, Deptford in the Ecclesiastical Parish of St, Catherine, Hatcham. The Municipal Borough of Deptford South West Ward and the Parliamentary Borough of Deptford.

The Publican in 1901 was Richard F Ramsden aged 35 born in Woodford, Essex. He lived there for with his wife Alice M Ramsden aged 32 born in Bromley, Kent, Horace Ramsden a visitor aged 37 a Mercantile Seaman born in Woodford, Essex, Floreence Ramsen a visitor aged 40 born in Stoke Newington, London and Cecil Ramsden his Son aged 7 born in St Margarets, Hertford.
