I have only found the one reference to this establishment at present and that was in the Licensing Records of 1872 where it was stated the premises held a Beer License and was owned by George Hodges.

The record goes on to say that the building had been pulled down.

I also have reference to another "Victory" addressed as Fort Pitt Street the same years as this.
