JAMES VINE, Late of the "DOVER CASTLE," PLUMSTEAD.

THE Creditors of Mr. VINE are informed that by Indenture, dated the 23rd day of December last, he declared that the proceeds of certain premises at Plumstead, assigned to a Trustee for Sale, should be subject to the payment of the encumbrances thereon, and certain other payments and expenses be divided rateably between his Creditors who should execute the deed on or before the 1st day of August next. Such of the Creditors as think fit may execute the deed at the Office of Mr. Ware, 33, Blackman-street, Southwark, Solicitor, on or before WEDNESDAY next.

THOMAS DALY, formerly of the "Dover Castle," Plumstead, in the County of Kent, Licensed Victualler, but now of Number 56a High-street, Woolwich, in the said County of Kent, Journeyman Blacksmith, having been adjudged Bankrupt, under a Petition for Adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 26th day of November, 1861, a public sitting, for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge, will be held before Edward Holroyd, Esq., a Commissioner of the said Court, on the 7th day of February, 1862, at the said Court, at Basinghall-street, in the City of London, at One O'clock in the afternoon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said Bankrupt to surrender. Mr. Edward Watkin Edwards of 22, Basinghall-street, London, is the Official Assigns, and Mr. Charles Wright, 123, Chancery-lane, London, the Solicitor in the Bankruptcy.
