Susan Barnes, 28, married, 25, Surrey-street, New Kent-road, was charged, with stealing a sovereign from the person of Wm. Connor, at the "North Pole" public house, a mariner, living at 8, Bridge-place, Greenwich.

Discharged, prosecutor not appearing.
