Originally the SaiGon Vietnamese takeaway restaurant. It was originally planned to open as one of the new Micro Pubs in November 2014. Looking at their Facebook account it seems the premises opened originally in April 2015, but due to council issues (obviously red tape) it had to close again and the next time I saw it open was on the 23rd December 2015.
