Looks like there have been two here, but I'm not sure yet when the first
one was replaced.
Now closed and operating as a Chinese Restaurant called Cinnamon Culture.
I believe it closed some time between 2008 and 2012.

Licensing Business.
At the Bromley Petty Sessions, on Monday, the following licensing
matters were disposed of.
The licence of "Edward IV," Beckenham, was transferred to the widow of
the late proprietor.
Mr. L. W. Gregory applied for a protection order for Mr. Victor Henry
Hazelton in respect to the "Crown" at
Plaistow. He explained that the landlady who held the house previously,
died intestate, on February 25th,
and he had been instructed by Mr. Price the brother to take out letters
of administration. The protection
order was applied for on behalf of Hazleton so that he might carry on
the business whilst the letters of
administration were being obtained.
After some discussion, the Chairman said it was a rather an outside
thing. They would, however, grant a
protection order, but if the letters of administration were not attained
before transfer day the licence would
lapse.
