Beer-house information

Thomas Crowson, of Ightham, beer-house keeper, was summoned on the information of police-constable Richards, for opening his house for the sale of beer before 5 o’clock) on the morning of the 28th April.

The chairman after hearing evidence pro and con, cautioned the defendant and dismissed the information.
