To Brewers, Innkeeper's, and Others. The "Hope" public house.
A valuable fully licensed freehold property situated in the centre of
the High Street of the improving town of Queenborough. With possession.
Messrs. Jackson and Sons. Have in consequence of the death of the late
Mr. William Emptage, received instructions from Mr. James W. Emptage, to
offer the above for sale by auction, at the "Bull Hotel," Sittingbourne
on Friday, 24th day of June, 1892. At 4 o'clock precisely with
possession.
