I am informed that the pub closed in 1990 however, What Pub says 1995, I am under the impression (2019) that it is likely to be demolished.

At one time in its existence it was operating as the "Rose and Crown."

I am informed that it indeed is going to be replaced by a seven storey building with 6 flats and ground floor were approved in November 2018.

The building has been demolished by the end of 2020.
