From the Kentish Gazette, 4 May 1810.

THE CREDITORS of JOHN COLLINS, late of Ham-street, in the parish of Orlestone, in Kent, Victualler, are hereby requested to take Notice, that the Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said John Collins will be paid at the Office of Messrs. Peirce and Sandys, Solicitors, St. Georges's street, Canterbury, on Tuesday the 5th day of June next, at twelve o'clock at noon; and that the Deed of Alignment will remain at the Office of Mr. Geo. Elw. Jemmett, Solicitor, Ashford, until the 17th day of May instant, for the purpose of receiving the Signatures of such of the said Creditors who reside in or near Ashford, and who have not yet executed the same — from which day it will remain at the Office of Messrs. Peirce and Sandys for the like purpose. And such of the said Creditors as shall neglect to execute the same before the said 5th day of June, will be excluded the benefit of the said Dividend.

DYMCHURCH. Newhall, Sept. 6th. Before Chas. Rolfe, Esq., (Bailiff), James Elliott, jun., and Thomas Giles, Esqrs.

This was a special Sessions for the renewal of licenses, and the following persons obtained the same:- Messrs. John Fancett, James Johnson, Edward Lester, Edward Flisher, R. G. Piddock, H. H. Piddock, G. H. Ovenden, and Mrs. Hupster.

Robert Catt, of Orlestone, made an application for a license; but as he could not prove that the necessary formalities had been complied with the Magistrates could not entertain the application.
