THE CREDITORS of JOHN COLLINS, late of Ham-street, in the parish of
Orlestone, in Kent, Victualler, are hereby requested to take Notice,
that the Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said John Collins
will be paid at the Office of Messrs. Peirce and Sandys, Solicitors,
St. Georges's street, Canterbury, on Tuesday the 5th day of June
next, at twelve o'clock at noon; and that the Deed of Alignment will
remain at the Office of Mr. Geo. Elw. Jemmett, Solicitor, Ashford,
until the 17th day of May instant, for the purpose of receiving the
Signatures of such of the said Creditors who reside in or near
Ashford, and who have not yet executed the same — from which day it
will remain at the Office of Messrs. Peirce and Sandys for the like
purpose. And such of the said Creditors as shall neglect to execute
the same before the said 5th day of June, will be excluded the
benefit of the said Dividend.
