569. Writs, venire facias, (a judicial writ directing the sheriff to summon a specified number of qualified persons to serve as jurors,) for Henry Swift of Westerham, victualler. Issued by William Ellys, J, at Maidstone 29 July 1679, and returned by Ralph Petley, sheriff.

602. Indictment of Henry Swifth of Westerham, victualler, for selling ale and beer in their tippling-houses during divine service on 15 Feb. 1680 and other occasions.

(A Tippling-House is a house in which liquors are sold in drams or small quantities, to be drunk on the premises.)
