From the Kentish Gazette, Saturday, 2 January, 1773. Price 1½d.

TO BE LET

And entered upon immediately if required. THAT well-known and good accustomed INN and TAVERN, known by the Name of the “HILL-HOUSE” near CHATHAM DOCK-YARD.

For further particulars enquire on the Premises. The present possessor having an Engagement with his Brother, in the Country, which obliges him to leave.
