Previously the "British Legion" and before that the "Royal Oak." In 2007 it was operating as a Chinese restaurant called Yee Yee House and in 2011 Water Palace.

I have just completed the a list of known names of pubs in Sittingbourne, that is 40+ named pubs. Now the hard part of gathering the historical information and photographs. Your help is needed.
