Aylesford

Rosemary 1900

Above photo, circa 1900, kindly sent by Paul Narrowmore.

Not much known about this at present, and believed it was called the "Rosemary Branch" but it may just have been called the "Rosemary" without the Branch suffix, so I am informed as there is not enough room for the word Branch on the building.

Once owned by Style and Winch but now a private residence.

At some time in the late 19th century it was owned by a family called Brooks, who had a bakery at Sittingbourne, and they later moved to the "Chequers."
