The only reference I have found so far for this pub is in the Pigot's Directories. I have also seen this addressed as in Sevenoaks.

The directory classed this under Taverns and Public Houses.

Kentish Gazette, 11 October, 1780.

Last Tuesday between 7 and 8 o'clock, as Mr. Stowe, with his mother and Mrs. Vincent of the "White Horse," Seal, were returning from Sundrith in a light tilted cart, they were stopped on the road by a single highwayman well mounted, who put a pistol to one of their breasts, and with many dreadful imprecations demanded their money, the woman in great tremor delivered their money, which the highwayman very civilly returned them, and only took from Mr. Stowe his watch and two-pence halfpenny; before he rode away he insisted on knowing their names and places of abode, and said he was a poor farmer, and being distressed for money to pay his rent, necessity had drove him to those means to procure it.

Sevenoaks Chronicle and Kentish Advertiser, Friday 15 March 1901.
