Michael O'Sullivan, 45, of 32, Union Street, Woolwich, was charged with wilfully breaking a pane of glass at the "Cross Gunns" beershop, kept by John Francis, at 26, Orchard Place, Plumstead Road.

The prosecutor, however, declined to appear end the prisoner was discharged.
