The census of 1881 gave the premises as being used as a Costume Manufacturers, and a William Lavender age 49 as head of the household. The census of 1911 showed that it had changed to a Fishmongers with a George William Steer age 52 as the head. It was still a Fishmongers in 1926, and that's all the information I have on this at present.
