Last named the "Kelsey House Bar and Kitchen" I believe this has again been sold for the grand price of £4,000,000. (Information accessed December 2016 from Acorn Commercial.)

Roger Pester tells me that there was never a pub here called the "Kelsey Park House" but that was the name of the offices above the bar area of which names just keep changing.

I am informed that this has also been known as the "Greyhound", "Beckenham" and "Flat Foot Sams," also "Tonic Bar," I believe in that order.
