To be SOLD by AUCTION, By Mr. FIELD, At the Auction Mart, near the
Bank of England, on Wednesday, 6th June, 1810, at twelve o’clock, by
Order of the Commissioners named in a Commission of Bankrupt,
awarded against Mr. Richard Kirk, Victualler.
The Lease and Goodwill of those truly valuable premises, known by
the sign of the "WHEATSHEAF, most undeniably situate for commanding
trade, being in the High-street, the centre of the town of Dartford,
and immediately adjoining the Market House. The whole in the most
perfect state of repair, having recently had considerable sums
expended thereon, and possessing all the requisite convenience for
carrying on the business, both wholesale and retail, to the greatest
extent. Immediate possession will be given; held for an unexpired
term of 18 years, at a ground rent. May be viewed and particulars
had on the premises; at the place of sale; and of Mr. Field,
High-street, Southwark.

SALE BY AUCTION.
Leasehold Public House, Dartford, Kent, with immediate possession.- By
Mr. Willock, at Garroway's, on Tuesday, April 5, at One, before the
major part of the Commissioners named in a commission of Bankrupt
against Moses Clark.
A Well accustomed Public-House, known by the sign
of the "Wheatsheaf," adjoining to the Market-house, in the capital
market-town of Dartford, in the county of Kent, with the offices,
garden, and premises thereto belonging, as the same was late in the
occupation of the said Moses Clark. Eight years and a half of the lease
are unexpired at a very moderate rent, and the purchaser, may have
immediate possession.
