A DESIRABLE FREEHOLD ESTATE, EDENBBIDGE, KENT.
WHICH WILL BE SOLD BY AUCTION By Messrs. DOUBELL and PARSONS,
(With the approbation of James William Farrer, Esq. one of the Masters
in the Court of Chancery,) on Saturday the 10th day of June, 1826, at
four o’clock in the afternoon, at the "White Horse Inn," Edenbridge.
All that Freehold MESSUAGE, lately used as an Inn, called the "Bull,"
and situate in the centre of the Town of Edenbridge aforesaid,
comprising a House divided into several dwellings, with a new-built
Cottage, convenient stables, cart lodge, and other outbuildings, and
yard, and garden, thereto belonging. Also a Piece of Garden Ground, let
to Mr. Stanford, for a term of years, of which about 70 years are
unexpired, at the yearly rent of sixteen shillings.
