Riverhead
This house was shown in a list of public houses said to be open in the first 25 years of the 18th century, as mentioned in an article by the Sevenoaks Chronicle and Kentish Advertiser, 23 January, 1903. The "Bull and Bush" at Riverhead was evidently a place of importance at one time. On the 8th of August, 1724, the Justice's of the Peace for the district signed warrants on the Constables of the several hundreds, to warn all the ale-house keepers and Victualers to appear at the "Bull and Bush," Riverhead on Monday 17th instant to renew the licences.
