PUB LIST PUBLIC HOUSES Paul Skelton

Earliest ????

Flower de Lyes

Latest 1723

Brasted

Also known as the "Fleur de Lys," perhaps.

This house was shown in a list of public houses said to be open in the first 25 years of the 18th century, as mentioned in an article by the Sevenoaks Chronicle and Kentish Advertiser, 23 January, 1903. At present, no other information is known, accept that didn't appear to be licensed after 1723.

The paper however, did name another pub called the "Flower de Lyse" in nearby Chevening.
