NISI PRIUS COURT.

Rogers V. Neale.

Mr. Daly was for the plaintiff; and Mr. Sergent Parry for defendant.

Plaintive and taken from the defendant the "Mill" public house, in Woolwich. The action was brought on the defendant's making a misrepresentation of the good-will. The profit's had been represented as £60 per month, where as they turned out to be but £1 per month.

A verdict was given for plaintiff for £350 damages.
