Public Notice of New Application for Premises Licence.
Notice is hereby given that The Gravesend Masonic Hall Company Limited,
of 25 Wrotham Road, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0PA
has applied to Gravesham Borough Council for the GRANT of
The Sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Saturday 12:00 to
22:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 16:00. For the premises the "Three Pillars" situated at The Basement, 25 Wrotham
Road, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0PA.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at Civic
Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1AU tel. 01474 33 72 52 by
appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to
Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations to the application must
give notice in writing to Licensing Section, Gravesham Borough Council,
Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1AU, giving in
detail the grounds of objection by 20 June 2017.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests
that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will
be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will
therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to
one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and
disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the
protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a
provisional statement, please note that representations will be
restricted once a statement has been issued.
