33 High Street

The census of 1881 gave the address of this pub as 33 High Street and listed it as a Beer House.

I do know that either side of that year at the same address was the "Crown and Anchor" so unless there is an error or the street has been renumbered at some time, I suggest that this premises also has been the "Crown and Anchor."
