I have also seen this addressed as in Southwark, which puts it outside of Kent in into Surrey. Not much information regarding this pub at all at present, apart from it was the sister premises to the "Frog and Radiator" that was open in Greenwich in 2004. The name was taken from a fictional pub mentioned in Ted Ray's radio show "Ray's a Laugh", and it was thought that he had been booked on the opening night to formally open the pub, but for some reason did not attend. Further information suggests that it was originally built on the sight of the "Brunswick Tavern" but that was demolished, date unknown and this premises built in its place around 1969. It became a nightclub around 1998 called "Virgo's" and this in turn was demolished in 2013 and flats are destined to be built on the site. Local knowledge required please.
