This one has been found in the census of 1911 and identified as a private hotel, so I am not sure whether it had a drinks license. Information tells me that the building used to stand on the right hand side of Rowena Road, and is now (2018) the site of the McCarthy and Stone retirement flats, but was still operating as a hotel in 1969.

It has been described as the Post Office Fellowship Holiday Home.
