Budden and Biggs Ltd. pubs were purchased by Ind Coope & Co on 23 March 1331. At the same time they also purchased the adjoining cottage which was unlicensed. The premises above operated as an off-license, beer only, and bakery. I believe the off-license was the left hand side of the building.
