Oxford Street Whitstable
I have been told that the Canterbury City Council Appraisal of Whitstable gives information that an inn called the "Three Mariners Inn" stood in Oxford Street in the early 1700s. After being renamed either the "Canterbury Hoy" or the "Packet Hoy" or even both it closed in 1729. This is all the information I have of this one at present.
