PUB LIST PUBLIC HOUSES Paul Skelton

Earliest ????

Unknown Beerhouse

Latest ????

Clares Forstal

Throwley

I know nothing about this beer house at present, apart from that it was at Clares Forstal in 1871. The other house addressed at Clares Forstal being the "Windmill" but I have reference to a Thomas Theobald being the licensee in that year, so this must be a different house. It could be "Scott's Greys" of course.

FAVERSHAM ACCIDENT.

Last week a child named Wise, 16 months old, was walking from the taproom to the bar of his fathers public house, at Throwley, when he fell down the cellar staircase and broke the right leg near the thigh.
