Only one instance of this house found at present, from the South Eastern Gazette of 1879. However, there is another "White Rock" at nearby Underriver.

The Annual Brewster Sessions.

 William Packham, of the "White Rock" beerhouse, Seal, was, on the 20th September last, fined 20s and 10s. costs for permitting drunkenness, but since that time the house had been well conducted.
