Only in existence in the 1990s and probably due to it's name and being painted black, wasn't very popular. I am not sure whether it again reverted to it's original name of the "Pottery Arms" but today (2019) it is operating as a bed and breakfast called the "Aylesford Guest House."

Latest news from Plil Lye tells me that after being the "Grim Reaper" the name possibly went back to the "Pottery Arms" for a short time but then changed to the "Miller's Arms" when owners Tony and Nina Miller bought the property, they not only changed the name but also the usage to that of a bed and breakfast establishment and then sold it on.
