Crystal Palace is right on the border of Kent and Sussex, and I have managed to trace 19 pubs so far, but as yet have no pictures or details.

Further information to follow, but local knowledge required.

At one time known as the "Grape and Grain."

Also at one time operating under the name of the "Sportsman," "Jack's Beard at the Palace," "Crystal Palace Tavern," and the "Occasional Half," unfortunately at present dates of names and changes unknown. Local knowledge and photographs appreciated.

I also believe that this operated for a short time as "Jack's Beard in the Evening." The chain of Jack's Beard pubs went into administration in 2010.
