John Avery of Boughton-under-Blean, labourer.
Whereas the said John Avery left his lodgings at the "Jolly Jailor" in
the above parish, on Thursday the 12th day of February
last , and was seen the the next day at the public house at Selling, but
since that time has not been heard of, Notice is
hereby given, that if the said John Avery is living, and will reply to
Mr. John Stephens, attorney-at-law, Chatham, he will hear
to his advantage, or should the said John Avery be dead, and any person
will give information thereof to the said John
Stephens, they will be rewarded for their trouble.
The said John Avery is lame in his right hand, supposed to be near 60
years of age, of a short stature and stout, large
featured red face, a little marks with the small pox, and has own hair
rather light coloured; had on, when he left his lodgings,
a light coloured loose coat, dark breaches, much mended at the knees,
and low shoes. |
