14 May 1795.

...NB Wednesday the 13th and Thursday the 14th in the evening and morn, a desperate riot happened at Mr Monday’s the "Masons Arms," Blue Houses, Sheerness. The sailors destroyed the inside of the House and did £150 worth of damage, several sailors was shot and three sent to gaol, (belonging to the Leopard man of war.)
