Dover Street Canterbury
Rory Kehoe tells me there was a "Prince of Wales Head" previous to 1807 in Dover Street that may have changed name to the "Robin Hood and Little John" and by 1807 had become the "Malt Shovel," which in turn changed to the "Brewers' Delight" in 1834 and then the "Beehive" in 1837. I have also found reference to another "Robin Hood and Little John" addressed in nearby Broad Street as early as 1733. This may or may not be the same.
