This was originally a wine merchants in Bromley that went under the name of George Pamphilon. The building can be traced back to 1876, but the business can be traced back to 1775 when tokens were used in place of coins, presumable to encourage people to stay loyal.

Above tokens dated 1775.

During the 20th century the building became residential homes before being changed into a pub in the 1990s. Then in 2008 it opened as an Australian themed bar called "Walkabout." In 2012 it changed name to "TPs", a Sports bar, and then again in 2015 to a name I have yet to trace as it didn't last very long with that name. Lastly also in 2015, I believe it became known as "Mascots."

However, a news report from the My London, says the following.

My London 12th April 2019. By Angie Quinn.

"George Pamphilon," as it was formerly known, just the "Pamph" to everyone else, was a busy pub with a small dance floor but had a cracking atmosphere. Drinking a Smirnoff Ice there on a Thursday night was the greatest thing in life. The pub closed down and re-opened as a "Walkabout" but the building is currently unoccupied."

"Walkabout" was such a great venue. On a Friday and Saturday night it had good party vibes but also nice food and chilled Sunday live band sessions. It was closed down and re-opened as a sports bar for a short while but has remained empty for years. It's so saddening."
