This being a hotel was probably only open to residents and guests. Hopefully further information to follow. According to Company Check website, this company was recently incorporated on 21 October 1965 and appears to have been run buy the Dewar and Lemon families since 1991. However, it appears the hotel has been open as early as 1905 when it was described as a "Boarding House."
