I am informed by local, Dave Grant, that for a short time between being called the "Victory" and the "Scruffy Duck" this building went under the name of the "Jolly Jake." This must have happened around 2010 but I don't think it lasted long with that name.

Unfortunately that's all the information I have at present, so local knowledge and photos required thanks.
