"Off" licences, Herne Bay.

An "off" wine, spirits and beer licence granted by the St. Augustine's Justices in respect of No. 9, Broadway Buildings. The Broadway, Herne Bay, was confirmed on the application of Mr. Waddy, who said that an undertaking was given that the minimum quantity of bottles of beer sold should be 6, and that undertaking was repeated that day.
