East Hill Ashford
This was a nightclub in Ashford. Housed in the disused flour mill which closed working as such in 1972, remaining closed till 1974 when it caught fire. After being renovated it opened in the 1980s and after asking local residents for a name became the "Jolly Miller," and later on renamed "Dusty's" the nightclub being housed on the top floor with a restaurant on the floor below. I believe this closed in 1990 after the owner did a runner owing 1,000s of pounds. After Kingfisher Leisure took over the building spending 1.5 million pounds on a refurbishment, it reopened again as "Cales" and "Flatfoot Sams," including a micro-brewery.
