A new find for me and only one instance of it as yet, it is not known whether this has any connection to the "Goat's Head." Or indeed whether it has any connection to one of the pubs called the "Star" either.

The members of the Society for the Relief of Widows, Sick Members, &c. are hereby desired to meet at the "Goat and Star," in Dover, on Monday, June 27th, upon particular business.
